Free Fast Delivery on all orders over £199. Delivery is £19.95 for orders below.

Most orders placed with Standard Delivery should be delivered between 2 - 5 working days.

Express Delivery orders should be delivered between 2 - 3 working days. This service is available for £14.95 extra to most households.

Please note there is a 12 noon cut off for deliveries. For orders placed after noon please add an extra working day, the period for delivery will also be shown on the shipping page of the checkout before you place your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We monitor and analyse other retailers’ pricing daily, across the UK, to ensure our prices are lower than any other UK online flooring retailer, on every product we sell.
We look at the whole flooring sector and factor in other retailers’ delivery costs, surcharges and other fees and adjust our prices accordingly.
And we never compromise on product quality or customer service.
